Houfy is a vacation rental platform built on a direct-booking model. When we started working together, their blog existed but wasn’t doing much. No keyword strategy, no content calendar, no clear connection between what they were publishing and what their hosts actually needed. The opportunity was obvious. The work was just getting started.
Houfy had a 70,000-person subscriber list and a newsletter that wasn’t earning its place in anyone’s inbox. The sends were going out, but the open rates told a different story. We rebuilt the approach from scratch, with subject lines that didn’t sound like marketing and content hosts actually wanted to read.
Blend Group is a London-based sports, events, and luxury lifestyle agency with a strong product and an Insight section that was barely visible online. When we started the content partnership, the section had almost no organic presence and minimal month-on-month traffic. We built a seasonal SEO blog strategy from the ground up, with insider knowledge baked in and the brand’s own personality running through every piece.
