Writefully So is a copywriting and SEO content studio run by Anna Theognosia Skyfta, operating as Writefully So LLC. This site is a marketing portfolio and inquiry channel.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form details: name, email address, and project information when you fill out the contact form or footer lead form.
• Consent records: whether you accepted our terms and privacy policy when submitting a form, whether you opted in to marketing emails, and the date and time you did so.
• Communication data: anything you include in emails or messages sent to annaskyftawriting@gmail.com or through LinkedIn.
• Technical and analytics data: basic server logs, session cookies needed to keep the site secure and functional, aggregated analytics data collected through Google Analytics (see Cookies section below), and basic cookie-free visit counts collected by our hosting platform with or without cookies.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your inquiry or project request.
• Follow up with you about potential collaboration opportunities, even after our first exchange.
• Send the information you asked for.
• Understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
• Keep the site secure and working properly.
• Send you newsletters, content tips, service updates, and offers, but only if you ticked the optional marketing box when you contacted us.
• Measure and, where you allow advertising cookies, improve our advertising on platforms such as Google Ads. We may create audiences from marketing contacts who opted in, and we never share your details with advertisers for their own use.

We do not sell your data. Marketing emails and any advertising use of your details are opt in only, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent is easy: unsubscribe, or email us and we will remove you from marketing straight away. That will not affect a direct conversation you have already started with us.

Legal basis for processing: Where you contact us directly (via the form, email, or LinkedIn), we process your information based on your consent and our legitimate interest in following up about a potential working relationship. Where we send marketing emails or use your details for advertising audiences, we rely on your consent, given by ticking the optional box on our forms. Where we use Google Analytics, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site performs, in a way that does not override your rights and interests.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies to keep the contact form and site session functional.

We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic and visitor behavior. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this. Data collected is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

In addition, our hosting platform keeps basic, cookie-free visit counts, such as page views, device type, and approximate location, so we can see overall traffic. These counts use no cookies and are not tied to you personally, so they continue whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

Advertising and remarketing cookies, including Google Ads cookies, are only set if you switch on the advertising category in our cookie banner. They are switched off by default, and we use Google Consent Mode so nothing is stored until you agree. If you click through to external services like Calendly or LinkedIn, those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted services:

• Lovable Cloud / Supabase: hosts our database and processes contact form submissions securely.
• Google Analytics: collects aggregated, anonymized site traffic data. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Calendly: used when you book a strategy call. Calendly's privacy policy applies on their booking page.
• LinkedIn: linked from the site for professional networking. LinkedIn's privacy policy applies there.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our working relationship, and no longer than one year from first contact unless an ongoing working relationship begins, in which case we retain it for the duration of that relationship and as required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing annaskyftawriting@gmail.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to request a copy of it in a portable format. Just email us at the address below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any case within 30 days.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
